PRIVACY POLICY
What we collect
Your name, delivery address, phone number, email, order history, and — because the law requires it — a copy of your government-issued ID for age verification. We also collect standard site analytics (pages visited, device type) to make the store work better.
How we handle your ID
Your ID is encrypted at rest, used only for age and identity verification, and never used for marketing. Drivers see only your name, the last four characters of the ID, and your photo — never the full document.
What we share
Order and ID data is shared with state regulators as required by California's track-and-trace system (Metrc). We never sell your personal information. Delivery logistics partners see only what's needed to complete your delivery.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for the period required by state cannabis regulations, currently seven years. You can request deletion of your account and marketing data at any time; regulatory records are kept for the mandated period.
Your rights
Under the CCPA you can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, and opt out of analytics. Email privacy@burningbush.la and we'll respond within 30 days.
