TERMS OF SERVICE
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to browse, purchase from, or receive deliveries from Burning Bush. We verify age at account creation, at checkout, and again at the door. Providing false age information voids your order and your account.
Orders and delivery
Orders are fulfilled from our licensed Los Angeles facility and delivered only to addresses inside our published delivery zones. Delivery windows are estimates. We can't leave products unattended, with a neighbor, or with anyone other than the verified account holder.
ID verification at the door
Your driver will check the same ID you verified at checkout. If you can't present it, or it doesn't match, the delivery is cancelled and a restocking fee of $10 applies. No exceptions — it's the law.
Payment
We accept debit at the door and cash. Prices shown include product cost only; state excise tax and local sales tax are itemized at checkout. All sales are final upon handoff.
Returns and issues
California law prohibits returns of cannabis goods. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll issue a credit or replacement after review.
Purchase limits
State law limits daily purchases to 28.5 g of non-concentrated cannabis, 8 g of concentrate, and 6 immature plants per adult per day. Our checkout enforces these limits automatically.
Compliance and safety
Products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Cannabis use may impair driving and may be harmful during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep all products in their child-resistant packaging and out of reach of children and pets.
